No Refund and No Cancellations Policy

Affection art and Resin store does not provide with the option to refund or exchange the product once purchased. The exact size and color are mentioned to avoid the need to exchange the product, so check images and read description before purchasing. Furthermore, the Quality Check team checks each product to ensure it does not have any defects. However, in case of any damaged item in transit or missing item in order, you can register a complaint with-in 48 hours by sending us an email at affectionartstudio@gmail.com
 
To be eligible to for a refund, you are required to record a video of opening the package to prove that you received an already defective product. Do share your order number along with unboxing video .
 
The team will respond to the complaint query within 2- 5 working days and get in touch with you.
If you are eligible for the refund or replacement, the team will communicate with you and take the needful steps.

In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to send an email with your order id with the subject “wrong delivery status” to affectionartstudio@gmail.com
Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team.
 
If you do not receive the refund amount in the time duration mentioned, you can check your bank account again or contact the bank as the processing may take some time from their end. Or else, you can contact us at the affectionartstudio@gmail.com .
 
The shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Refund or cancellation of CUSTOM PRODUCTS are not entertained.

Returns Policy

We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of inspection before packing and dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:

Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.

If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for replacement.

Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of a defect in the product in the form of an unboxing video, while the product is still in its packaging.

In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store within three months.

The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
